For the unversed, a social media handle by the name of “qualiteaposts” shared a post, which read, “Prince Harry reveals music artist he listened to in his lowest moments in new book ‘Spare’. “In the times I felt alone and separated from my family, I always took time to myself to sit back and listen to Daler Mehndi. His lyrics resonated with me and got me through a lot.”

Reacting to the same, on Friday eve, Daler Mehndi took to his Twitter handle and shared the above post with a caption. Daler Mehndi’s innocence left a section of Twiterati in splits. The comments section of his tweet was flooded with laughing emoticons. “Who’s gonna tell him?,” commented a user, while another wrote, “I don’t think we should tell him. This is the cutest acceptance speech ever.” Meanwhile, a section of netizens also came forward to laud Daler’s pop ethnic music as they narrated how it helped them during their “lowest moments.”

It is worth mentioning that the 55-year-old singer has neither taken down the tweet nor shared a follow-up on the same.

Talking about Spare, it is a 416-page-long book, which is an appeal for reconciliation, addressed to Prince Harry’s father and brother.
